Ali B. Baker

Mrs. Ali B. Baker, age 92, passed away August 5, 2019. She was born in Leakesville to the late Mr. David McDonald and Ms. Dora Dearman. She graduated from Murphy High School in Mobile, Alabama. She worked as an Accountant Secretary from Pannell Kerr Foster CPA Firm over thirty years. After retirement, she enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren and had a passion for gardening. She was a loving homemaker and will be greatly missed.    

She is preceded in death by her parents, David McDonald and Dora Dearman; brothers, David McDonald, Robert McDonald and Fritz McDonald.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, George L. (Lucy) Baker, III, R. Patrick (Kathy) Baker and Ginger Ann Jones; grandchildren, R. Benjamin Baker, Geoffrey Baker, Stuart M. Baker, D. Cory Baker, Kevin P. Baker, Allison E. Baker, Laura K. Baker, Katie Jones, John Jones and Lesley Jones; eight great-grandchildren, numerous other relatives and friends.      

The Graveside service for Ms. Ali B. Baker will be held at Spring Hill Memorial Gardens in Mobile, Alabama on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 10:00 AM.
