Annie Maxine Reeves, age 72, passed away May 14, 2019. She was born in Stone County to the late Mr. Harry Dennis Loper and Mrs. Annie Vermell Berry Loper. She was a member of Lighthouse Worship Center and enjoyed puzzles, sewing, gardening and vacationing. But her life was her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all. She will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 years, Maurice L. Reeves; parents, Dennis and Vermell Loper; sisters, Bobbie Cochran and Bonnie Delius; brothers, David Loper and Billy Ray Loper.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Renee Mason, Craig Reeves and Kevin Reeves; grandchild, Meagan (Paul) Shows; great grandchildren, Brian Berry and Claira Shows; brothers, Edward Loper and Allen Loper; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The Visitation for Ms. Maxine Reeves will be Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Moments Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will follow beginning at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Sis. Debra Dueitt officiating. Burial will follow in Carter Cemetery. She will be laid to rest beside her husband. Pallbearers include Tony Cochran, Paul Shows, Gary Loper, Scotty Hayden, Darden Loper and Dennis Ray Loper.
