Nathan Lynn Holder

Nathan Holder, age 17, of Wiggins passed away on December 03, 2018 at Texas Children’s Hospital after a life-long battle with Alagille Syndrome. He was a student in the George County School District until his freshman year when he relocated to Stone County High School. Nathan touched the hearts of everyone he met. He will be greatly missed.     

He is preceded in death by his maternal great-grandmother, Mary Dean; paternal great-grandmother, Minerva Cunningham.  

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Dana Holder; siblings, Austin Holder, Zachary (Bayleigh) Holder, Georgie Holder, Rendi Yates and Brody Yates; nephew, Brayden Davis; niece, Lori Jane Holder; grandparents, Karen (Jeff) Harper; great-grandmother, Wilma Harper; great-grandfather, James Dean; uncles Jesse (Theresa) Harper and Nicholas (Rebekah) Harper; other relatives and friends.    

The Visitation for Nathan Holder will be Monday, December 10, 2018 at Moments Funeral Home from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. The Funeral Service will be Tuesday, December 11, 2018 beginning at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Antioch Methodist Cemetery.  Pallbearers include Austin Holder, Nicholas Harper, Wyatt Miniard, Wacoda Miniard, Kevin Davis, and Shannon Davis. Honorary pallbearer will be Adam Dean.  

The family will gather for a meal at Benndale Community Center following the funeral service on Tuesday.
