Carolyn (Denmark) Scroggins

Carolyn Scroggins, age 73, passed away May 12, 2023. She greatly enjoyed to sing in worship services and was a member of several praise and worship teams. She was a Holy Ghost-filled woman, devoted wife, wonderful mother, loving mawmaw, sister and dear friend who will be truly missed.          

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Taina Lynn Eubanks; parents, Richmond and Lola Mae Denmark; brothers, Bobby Ray Denmark and Richmond “Ricky” Denmark, Jr.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Wallace “Bubba” Scroggins; children, Joe (Jackie) Booth, Patricia (Chuck) Scarborough, Mark Eubanks and Lola “Ginny Mae” (Johnny) Grimes; grandchildren, Colton Eubanks, David Eubanks, Taina Grimes, Ramsay Grimes, Zoe Scarborough, Claire Scarborough, Noah Scarborough, Owen Scarborough, Jessica Sue Kissell, Kenny Ray Kissell, Brandon Samuel Todd; great grandchildren, Jaxon Case Eubanks, Stryker Eubanks, Hazel Kate Eubanks, Carlene Todd, Amber Todd, Prudence Todd, William Todd, Aiden Terford, Renesmae Terford, Jackqualine Kissell, Alexis Lantz, Emily Kissell, Gabriel Howren and Bradleigh Howren; siblings, Alice Semler, Lisa (Gerald) Fairley, R.L. (Tammy) Denmark and Linda ( ) Deese; sister-in-law, Teresa Denmark and Diane Denmark; numerous other relatives and friends.            

The Visitation for Carolyn Scroggins will be Monday, May 15, 2023 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Temple of Praise Christian Center. The Funeral Service will follow beginning at 11:00 AM with Bro. Tim Cauley and Bro. Randy Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Rocky Creek Cemetery.
