Debra Holifield, age 68, passed away June 12, 2022. She enjoyed music, playing the piano and organ, singing and dancing. She never met a stranger and loved people. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her son, Michael Shane Holifield; parents, William and Hazel Harvison; siblings, Mary Keel, Glen Harvison, Bob Harvison, Tommy Harvison, Jim Harvison and Joe Harvison; parents-in-law, Clayborn and Melba Holifield; brothers-in-law, La Donnis Holidield, Hance “Pee Wee” Holifield and Billy Lyles; sister-in-law, Lena (Johnny) Mallette.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband since 1969, Mike Holifield; children, Sheila Holifield, Michelle (David) Havard, Angie (Rockey) Hyatt and Blaine Havard; grandchildren, Courtney Schouest, Britt Havard, Dustin Holifield, Tyler (Leah) Holifield, Shawnna Hyatt, Heather Hyatt, Harley Hyatt, Harmony Havard, Leslie Havard, Anthony Havard, Cameryn Havard, Blake Havard, Aubrie Havard and Layla Broderick; great grandchildren, Kiley Clark, Adalyn Musgrove, Eley Tanner, Caelum Holifield, Ella Lowman, Lainey Lowman, Karson Havard, Shana Havard, Clay Vaughn, Novalie Vaughn and Turner Holifield; sisters-in-law, Zula Lyles, Joann Harvison and Melinda Harvison; brother-in-law, Buddy Keel; numerous nieces, nephews whom she dearly loved, other relatives and friends.
The Visitation for Debra Holifield will be Wednesday, June 15, 2022 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Moments Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Gibson Cemetery.
