Doris Elouise Gregory

Doris Elouise Gregory, age 78, passed away on February 1, 2020. She enjoyed her work in the medical field nursing and taking care of patients in-home. She also had a love for the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. She will be greatly missed.   

She is preceded in death by her parents, Johnnie V. and Eileen G. Hollinghead; brothers, Kennon Hollinghead and Jimmy Hollinghead; sister, Kay Hollinghead Morgan; great grandchildren, Freedom Griffin and Mark and Mason Robinson.    

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Robert Thomas (Tammy) Griffin, Michael (Janet) Griffin, Jeffrey Griffin and Angela Griffin Clark; grandchildren, Thomas Griffin, Marcus (Hannah) Griffin, Kevin (Kelsey) Griffin, Marc Griffin, Ashleigh Griffin, Echo Nichole Griffin, Jeff Allan Griffin, Jon (Jessica) Oakley, Brianne (Mark) Robinson, Emily Clark; great grandchildren, Hazely Griffin, Lilianna Griffin, Rosaleigh Griffin, Gavin Griffin, Justice Griffin, Lybertie Griffin, Gavin Oakley, Gabe Oakley, Rylan Robinson, Henley Robinson; brothers, J.P. (Wanda) Hollinghead and Cecil Larry Hollinghead; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.       

The Visitation for Ms. Doris Elouise Gregory will be Friday, February 7, 2020 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Moments Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be Saturday, February 8, 2020 beginning at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Rodney Coleman officiating. Burial will follow in Union Missionary Baptist Church cemetery.
