Essie “Coot” Cochran passed away peacefully on April 28, 2020 at the age of 71. She was a member of Bexley Baptist church and enjoyed loving her little Sammy, gardening and birdwatching. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Clayton “Dick” and Essie Eubanks Hobby; siblings, Jessie Hobby, Margarette “Dink” Howell, Linnie “Duck” Butler and Jack Hobby.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Rickey Cochran; son, Tony (Deb) Hobby and daughter, Felicia (Lee) Moore; grandson, Cole Cochran; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives and friends.
The family will hold a Graveside Service for Ms. Coot Cochran Thursday, April 30, 2020 beginning at 11:00 AM at Bexley Baptist Church cemetery with Bro. Larry Havard and Bro. Billy Lynn Cochran officiating. Pallbearers include Lee Moore, Keith Cochran, Josh Havard, Heath Havard, Steve Hobby, P.T. Hobby, David Wilson and Mike Hobby. Honorary pallbearers will be Donnie Kittrell and Michael Lawler
