Vickie Ann Walker

Vickie Ann Walker, age 55, passed away September 23, 2020. She spent many years serving as a military wife. She enjoyed spending time with the ladies’ group from St. Lucy Catholic Church. However, her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family and loving on her grandchildren. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and especially a loving grandmother.      

She is preceded in death by her brother, Eugene Ankrom.    

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Mike Walker; sons, Mike (Elizabeth) Walker and Joseph (Amber) Walker; grandchildren, Trevor, Emma, Tristin, Payton, Jamie, Preston, Ava, Bethleigh, Ally and Hank; parents, Eugene and Clara Ankrom; numerous other relatives and friends.   

The Visitation for Vickie Walker will be Friday, September 25, 2020 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Moments Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Mill Creek Church in Laurel beginning at 12:00 PM with Bro. Bill Myers officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Mill Creek church cemetery. Pallbearers include Dennis Harrison, Chuck Walker, Josh Walker, Wade McDonald, Brandon McDonald and Robbie Poole.
