Wilbur Dale Johnson, Sr., age 82, passed away January 10, 2021. He proudly served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who will be dearly missed.

He is preceded in death by his son, Wilbur Dale Johnson, Jr., parents, Rhanel Quintiss and Ramie Faye Kennedy-Johnson; siblings, Quintiss “Sonny” Johnson, Betty Ann Killingsworth, Billy Wayne Johnson, Bobby Johnson, Jimmy Johnson and Lilly Mae Copeland.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 61 years, Barbara Johnson; children, Rosa (Kevin) O’Neal, Benita Rhodes (Russell April) and Terry (Sheila) Johnson; 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; sister, Dortha (Ken) Saley; numerous other relatives and friends.

Burial will be in Pipkin Cemetery in Leaf on Saturday, January 16, 2021, beginning at 11:00 AM.
